Me and My Hunny's 30th Anniversary Getaway...Conference Weekend =)

THANK YOU DEAR SWEET HUSBAND OF MINE!

When I think about our 30 years on this earth together...I think of the growth, love, learning, happiness, selfless services, sad times, but MOST of all....I think of the COMMITMENT AND DEVOTION you have show to me, our family and our God...that is MOST DEAR to my heart and most PRECIOUS to me!  I can never THANK YOU enough for your deep love and devotion to each of us and to Father in heaven...NEVER!

I love you...more now than I did as we knelt across that soft alter in the Salt Lake Temple, home of our Heavenly Father....30 YEARS AGO....and I felt  A LOT of LOVE then and did not realize how much more I could feel...but I truly do...for now my love is based on the knowledge that you will be by my side for all ETERNITY...you will forgive me when I fall short, you will uphold me in my times of sorrow and heartache, and you will be there to LAUGH with me and SMILE with me in my times of JOY! This knowledge comes to me because of your deep LOVE and COMMITMENT to live a CHRIST-CENTERED life....and this is MOST PRECIOUS TO ME...and most dear to me...This is why I can not THANK YOU enough!

Here's some pictures of our wonderful weekend together...I know you were annoyed at times for the many pictures I was taking...but you know me, I need to 'document and preserve' these TREASURED TIMES...I will always have this 'quirk' so I guess as long as I'm allowed to have a camera, you'll have to endure the picture taking wife you have been sealed to for all ETERNITY! ha ha

I love you with ALL MY HEART!!

Summer is almost over....Thank HEAVENS!! =)

As I start a new school year and say GOOD-BYE to the summer break...I am both happy and sad....I love the freedom of summer months and the fun family times...but also look forward to having a schedule and mostly of having our weather COOL DOWN!!

I'm especially looking forward to fall so my ELDER JAKEY BY will be home!!! Can't wait....I miss his humor, his spirit, his love, his example of Christ-like living and serving, and just his positive happy life! I WILL MISS HIS LETTERS THOUGH....for they have been such a TREAT to me!! His growth and his commitment to our Savior and His Kingdom is amazing and has been such a BLESSING to watch and be a part of these last TWO YEARS of him serving in LOUISIANA on his mission....

So here's a few pics of my FULL SUMMER BREAK...tending Kaden/Ally/Tai Tai 2-3 days a week, our family had some fun FISHIN' TRIPS, New Grandbabies coming to our family...two came while Grama was gone =(...but Grama survived...a trip to see my sis, Misty and her family and Great Larson...and Kenny and I's S&I (Seminary and Institute) outing to the PIONEER TRAILS WORKSHOP was SIMPLY OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! I WILL BE FOREVER THANKFUL FOR SUCH A BLESSING TO BE A PART OF THAT AMAZING TRIP!! Life changing for me in many ways...and now we are reading from the book, "THE PRICE WE PAID"--an account of the Martin and Willie Handcart Pioneers, by Andrew Olsen every morning for a half hour...and wow! has that been a great experience for us as a couple...to read their hardships and trials they faced all along that long journey...from England/Scotland/Ireland to Salt Lake City...it is teaching me to stop complaining of my small trials...and BE GRATEFUL AND KEEP PUSHING MY HANDCART!

My trip back to Virginia to see the Foxley Family and my mom was a highlight as well for me!! I loved being in their home and feeling all their great spirits and love...they are all so wonderful...I loved seeing some fun sites with them as well...like all the DC museums and sites near the Capital, Monticello--Thomas Jefferson's home, and of course, my favorite...the DC Temple...and was so happy to be there with my dear sister and mom!

Love you all and so grateful you are each in my life..may your life be filled with wonderful times of growth along this Trail as well... =) xoxoxo
